Canon FD Lens to Nikon adapter

BTW I own the Nikon D300. Thanks
Re: Catechism FD Lens to Nikon adapter
I haven't used information technology personally, but it does have a corrective elements, which volition more than likely than non degrade the image quality somewhat. I recollect Bjorn Rorslett replaced the entire mount on an FD tilt shift lens to work on Nikon, but that seems like a lot of try.

This would really interest me very much every bit well... I have 3 nice FD lens.
What do they mean by "the adapter has correction lens inside"?

The Nikon F mount has a longer registration altitude than near FF and APS-c mounts and so for other lenses to be able to focus at infinity the adapter has a weak correction lens to allow the lens to work at infinity. Without the corrector lens the adapter acts equally a short extension tube allowing closer focus but not infinity focus. The beauty of the micro iv/3 mount is that it is and so short that almost any lens can be adapted to it.

Bjorn had the rear mounting portion of a Nikon 28mm PC lens stripped away and the front end part mounted in a small tilt/shift bellows.
Marty Forscher (recently deceased) is the ane who used to replace the Canon mount on the Canon 24mm TS/E with a Nikon mount.
Either way is a lot of work, merely at least the second way lets you pay someone else to become practice the hard work for you lot.

Beware that the epitome quality formed past your Catechism lens + the adapter may not resemble the image quality of the Catechism lens alone.

Re: Canon FD Lens to Nikon adapter
Awful!
I ended up ownership one off ebay, but soon returned it and thankfully got all the money back.
First, I had difficulties mounting information technology on the body (and mounting the FD lens on information technology). Finishing was really bad, on both sides.
Simply the optical quality was the worst. Soft, milky images was all I got. I'k not sure if I accept some samples, simply I'll bank check it and postal service here if I do.
Peradventure the OP had a unlike feel though...
